FEES
Since 01.07.2006, the lawyer’s fees in the area of initial legal advice may be freely agreed between the client and the lawyer.
For an initial legal consultation we charge the following lawyer’s fees including the statutory value added tax:
- One-hour initial legal consultation: €250 – Initial legal consultation in which a contract or a court decision is to be examined. Additional services: according to time spent/per hour.
- Comprehensive review of e.g. a building contract or a notarial purchase contract and subsequent detailed consultation: according to time/per hour.
In principle, out-of-court and in-court representation is governed by the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG) and thus is regularly calculated based on the amount in dispute. Of course, fixed hourly rates can be agreed in all areas of legal work.
Our services are aimed at clients who have private or business questions on topics relating to construction and real estate.
